I joined the Customer Success team in September 2019 as a Solutions Engineer.
One thing in particular I enjoy about the role is that I am exposed to so many different parts of the company. I work closely with Sales during prospecting, pitching and demoing to make sure that both our potential Clients and our own Engineering and Product teams understand the technical aspects of any potential integration.
I was initially drawn to PassFort for a number of reason, not least of which was the focus on making this a place you want to come to work every day. The benefits are obviously fantastic, but on top of that the people are awesome. Part of the hiring process gives you a chance to meet a lot of the team, and it's as much about making sure you'll fit in as it is about raw technical ability.
Outside of work you'll probably find me frantically trying to stop my 10 month old crawling up the stairs, hiding in my workshop building something out of wood or collapsed on the sofa trying out a new bottle of wine (or two).
