What you’ll be doing

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to optimise how our commercial team does business. This role will report to the CEO and will be responsible for shaping operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll be our systems guru - owning and optimising the configuration of our existing software (predominantly SalesForce, Hubspot & Outreach). You’ll ensure inter-platform integrations  that enable us to better align teams, and efficiently carry out processes across the funnel. You’ll champion data quality across systems - and support the business to enhance data visibility and accessibility with real-time reporting and dashboards.

You’ll be central to recognising gaps in functionality, and work with the business to resolve this, presenting insights and recommendations to the CEO. You’ll also lead on developing system and process documentation, enabling us to have clear playbooks for the existing team, and to train and accelerate ramp time for new starters joining the business. 

This is the next critical focus for the business - and you’ll be key to both establishing, and refining, our commercial operations. We’re at a fantastic stage of growth where you can have real impact in how our commercial team scales, alongside your responsibilities. 

What we’re looking for

  • B2B experience in a Sales operations/systems role
  • Experience using and configuring Salesforce to support process and report accurate data (knowledge of APEX language)
  • Analytical background, able to manage complex data sets from multiple systems 
  • Self starter with a proven track record of having ownership of and delivering on varied workstreams 

We’d also love it if you

  • Have had exposure to Outreach & Hubspot
  • Have had reporting responsibility within Salesforce, building reports and dashboards
