We’re looking for a driven Talent Coordinator looking to have a big impact.

Who we are

At PassFort, we share a powerful vision to enable businesses & individuals to establish trust online. We currently do this by giving businesses the tools they need to automate and digitalise the onboarding, verification and management of their customers - that means customers can be onboarded in real-time, without ever having met in person.

We're transforming how trust is established online, in the same way that Salesforce transformed sales, Stripe transformed payments, and AWS transformed DevOps.

What you’ll be doing

Your main focus will be to help us to scale the business by attracting, hiring and onboarding the right people, who fit with the fantastic culture we’ve created centred on trust, empowerment and growth.

You’ll

  • Advertise and shout about our opportunities to the world
  • Actively source potential talent on LinkedIn
  • Own the management of candidates in our ATS and deliver a standout candidate journey (timely shortlisting, scheduling interviews, rejections)
  • Help us to build our employer branding by developing online content and ensuring it’s up to date across all sourcing platforms 
  • Salary benchmark for new and existing roles, ensuring our packages are transparent, fair and competitive compared to the market
  • Lead on the pre-employment screening and onboarding of new joiners, ensuring they are engaged and set up for success

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition/HR Admin (including familiarity with an ATS)
  • A strong and confident communicator, open, honest, and personable
  • Exceptional attention to detail, well organised and able to prioritise
  • Driven self starter excited by a large degree of autonomy, able to be flexible and chip in where needed
  • People-centric, understands and is genuinely driven by a fantastic candidate/employee experience
  • A growth mindset – you’re always looking for ways to develop and improve and actively seek feedback
