We’re looking for an experienced partnerships/channel manager to join a fast growing RegTech startup.

What you’ll be doing

As a new role, this is an opportunity to build the Partnership strategy for the entire business, initially for EMEA with a longer term aim to expand to the Americas and Far East. 

You’ll own partnership processes around AML/KYC data providers that we currently partner with, as well as introduce new data providers to the tech stack aligned with our product roadmap and growth goals. 

You’ll be a product expert, and an external face of PassFort. You’ll be able to clearly articulate the PassFort solution and the benefits to the partner network and build mutually beneficial relationships. You’ll attend industry events and conferences to boost our profile as the solution to automate financial crime and compliance processes.  

You’ll build a network of referral partners, using your understanding of their business model, growth strategy, product portfolio, customer base and growth plans to identify new revenue opportunities for the Direct Sales team. 

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling startup, working directly with the executive team and senior advisers to work towards ambitious growth goals. This will be a hands-on role, with a view to build out a team under you to deliver these goals. 

This role is for you if:

  • You have a successful track record of partnerships management within AML/KYC and/or RegTech
  • Experience building a partnerships programme within KYC/AML and/or RegTech
  • Experience of managing/building teams
  • You’re happiest in a full-stack sales role; you’ll have the support of some stellar ADR’s and work closely with them, but you’re used to a dynamic environment in which you generate your own leads  
  • You prioritise your own workload effectively and relish working independently, but (and it’s a big but) you equally love and see the value in collaborating within your team and with our wider commercial functions 
  • You have bags of commercial nous and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • You’re obsessive about continuous learning - both when it comes to industry knowledge and trends and fine-tuning your own performance
  • You thrive advocating for a product that you believe in; our success is built by our people and so we are looking for you to represent our passion, energy and commitment externally
  • It almost goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway!) that you have exceptional presentation and communication skills - you think quickly and are comfortable standing in front of a room of stakeholders with diverse agendas and aligning them
