As Implementation & Support Specialist I take care of onboarding new customers onto our platform and configuring their accounts to ensure they have the best experience and get what they need from our software. I work with the users through testing and making any changes and once they are up and running, I stay available for any and all questions and new additions and changes they may need. 

I came to PassFort because I could see its potential and the opportunity it could provide me. Since starting I have found it to be dynamic and fun. They work hard to keep everyone engaged in the company's success as well as our own.

In my free time I enjoy summer festivals and many many gigs the year round.
