I joined PassFort in January 2019 after looking for something different from my previous work as a web and app developer for a design agency. I wanted somewhere I could grow and learn from other talented software engineers. PassFort has provided not only that, but a strong, positive culture where people can thrive. I was also excited to join a workplace where I can with Rust, a language that is fresh, thriving, and already well-loved by many software engineers - and it's been nothing but a pleasure since!

In my spare time I spend a lot of time developing my software skills, contributing to open source projects on GitHub, doing hobby electronics projects, working on one of my numerous other side projects, and travelling to see my long distance partner in the US whenever possible.
