It is my job to build a clear picture of who they are, understand their needs, always advocate on their behalf to put them at the centre of everything we do. On a day-to-day basis this means talking to our customers, conducting and synthesising user research and working with product and engineering teams to solve design problems.
Outside of PassFort my interests mainly lean towards cycling and spending time with my whippet, Sal.
