I cofounded PassFort in 2015 with the goal of changing how identity is managed online.

My day to day responsibilities are around the tech team, where I worry about:

• Recruiting the best colleagues - everything starts from here.
• Building a fantastic technical culture, where people are excited to go to work.
• Ensuring we deliver high quality code, on time & with consistency.
• Building a technical architecture which will scale to billions of requests and thousands of engineers.

As a cofounder of PassFort, you'll also find me doing things across the business, from strategic planning and fundraising, to organising the bins and ordering more coffee!
