Recruitment Process
- A telephone interview to dive into your experience and give you insight into PassFort and what we do in more detail.
- A task designed to test your technical knowledge and expertise, and give you a chance to interact with the team. We're happy to approach this one of two ways, depending on your preference.
1) Get straight to Pair Programming, developing a small application with one of our engineers or 2) Complete a take-home task followed by Pair Programming. Discuss your solution and approach with one of our engineers, and complete a small extension together - A final technical interview, which will be 50% system design, 50% doing a deep dive into an interesting problem.
- A final culture interview, which is a chance for us to see how you would fit with our culture and values, and vice versa for you to ask questions and see if you would enjoy working with us.
